Cheryl Arbor Honored as Howard Elementary Classified Employee of the Year!

Fort Smith Public Schools is proud to announce Cheryl Arbor, Reading Specialist and Interventionist as the Howard Elementary Classified Employee of the Year! Mrs. Arbor's dedication to her students, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond set her apart as an exemplary member of our school community.
